Terms and conditions
Donations will be added to the Registration and Jemez Experience fees to cover the fixed expenses and other incidental costs of the conference. Confirmation of payment will be by email. Any small amounts of funds remaining at the end of the conference after November 15, 2017, will be donated to a non-profit charity to close the conference association books out with zero funds.
The Evolution of Religion II Conference Association has been approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service, IRS, as a tax-exempt, non-profit, conference association charity in New Mexico, USA. Any donations are tax deductible. All persons working to put the conference on are non-paid volunteers, including the three co-organizers of the conference.
Refund policy
